This wine is produced from carefully selected grapes in the winery's oldest vineyards. The grape clusters are thinned to reduce yield to 8-9 tons per hectare. Harvested in small crates, the grapes undergo soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, following traditional methods. This wine continues to evolve and has great aging potential. With a lively and bright straw-yellow color, it opens with an elegant and alluring bouquet of aromatic spring herbs. The aroma then develops into notes of acacia, linden, apricot, and fresh almond, complemented by citrus fruit and mineral scents. On the palate, it is very persistent and well-balanced, with a rich alcoholic zing, freshness, acidity, and sapidity. Characteristically, it has a bitter almond finish, which is typical of this varietal.
