| Fermentation: | After manually removing the stems, the grapes undergo a gentle crushing and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks using their own native yeast (pied de cuve). Before the fermentation starts, the grapes undergo a skin contact maceration for 4-6 hours at a lower temperature to extract the fruity aromatic compounds. |

ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
The wine itself presents a sweetly scented blend of white flowers, chamomile, and mint. On the palate, it is soft and supple, with ripe orchard fruits and subtle mineral tones. The finish is crisp and refreshing, with a medium length and a hint of raw almond.
