ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
With a beautiful ruby hue, this wine presents a bright and intensely vivid color. On the nose, delicate violet aromas awaken the senses, followed by subtle notes of red fruits such as wild strawberry and cherry, interwoven with hints of sweet spices. On the palate, the tannins are silky, velvety, and elegant. Utterly charming, this Volnay is simply irresistible. This Volnay pairs beautifully with game birds and delicate meats. A roasted guinea fowl or a veal loin with morels would make ideal companions. It also complements mild cheeses such as Comté or Chaource with grace. Serving temperature: 14 to 16°C
