About Artonic

Artonic was founded in the Cognac region of France by three beverage professionals: Jean Pasquet, an organic cognac maker and cellar master; Larry Skoller, a Franco-American spirits professional; and Marion Duband, a Cognac native and expert in wines and spirits who serves as general manager. Their mission was to apply the savoir-faire of fine spirit production to a range of products that France, for all its prestige in the world of drinks, had never produced: premium organic mixers and aperitifs worthy of the ingredients they were built from.

That attention to ingredients is most visible in the aperitif range. The Melon Aperitif, known as Melonade, is made from Cavaillon melons grown under the sun of Drôme Provençale, a variety prized for its intensely aromatic, sweet flesh. Artonic works in collaboration with a perfumery in Cannes to capture the fruit at its most expressive, harvesting at peak ripeness and preserving those aromas through careful production. The Nectarine Aperitif follows the same philosophy, sourcing peaches from Provence and producing a liqueur that is fruity and generous without tipping into sweetness.
