Bordeaux Superieur Blanc - 2023

The wine presents a beautiful pale yellow color with green and transparent reflections, appearing limpid and brilliant in the glass. The frank nose expresses vibrant aromas of white fruits, including pear, peach, and apricot. These fruity notes are complemented by delicate floral hints reminiscent of daffodils. On the palate, the wine offers a fresh and lively attack. It develops a supple texture with good acidity, maintaining a balanced profile that persists through to the finish. The conclusion is marked by refreshing and fruity notes that linger pleasantly.

This Cuvée Classique from Château de Bonhoste pairs exceptionally well with oysters. It also serves as an excellent aperitif and complements a variety of seafood dishes, including fish and shellfish. For optimal enjoyment, serve this wine at 10°C (50°F). While it is best consumed within two years of release to fully appreciate its lively character, proper storage may allow for slightly extended aging.
