ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
Versatile in pairing, it complements fish, crustaceans, and seafood, as well as white meats and Asian cuisine. Best served chilled, it is perfect for warm summer evenings or as an aperitif. The wine has a light golden-yellow color with subtle greenish reflections. On the nose, it is fresh and slightly aromatic, with fruity notes of white peach and apricot, complemented by delicate hints of rose and citrus. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and medium-bodied, with a juicy, mineral character. The finish is long and lingering.
