Bødalen is a single-estate, high-rye bourbon whiskey crafted from grain grown and harvested by head distiller Michael Swanson. Bottled in bond, it holds a distinguished place in the whiskey world; legally required to be 100 proof, aged for a minimum of four years, and distilled and aged under the supervision of a single distiller within a single season.
