Sourced from a rented parcel on the hillsides between Castelinaldo and Vezza d’Alba, Luisin’s Roero Arneis ‘Ave’ spends a year in stainless steel on its fine lees before bottling with a light touch of sulfur dioxide. The wine combines richness with restraint, delivering classic varietal character: crisp apricot, subtle anise, and delicate herbal nuances. A lively thread of acidity runs through the palate, lending both energy and tension, while the finish is clean, precise, and finely chiseled. True to the Luisin style, it reflects the same sense of detail and balance that defines their red wines.
Fresh and precise, with notes of apricot, anise, and delicate herbs. Lively acidity balances the richness, giving a clean and dynamic finish.

Of marine origin, these soils were formed from ancient seabeds dating back two to three million years, and are rich in fossils and minerals, with marine shells and calcareous remains often found throughout the area.
