ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
Cascina Luisin’s Barbaresco Rabajà Bas represents one of the estate’s most distinctive and expressive interpretations of Nebbiolo from Barbaresco. The Minuto family, deeply rooted in the region since the late 19th century, continues to craft wines with a strong sense of place, guided by traditional methods and respect for vineyard character. Rabajà Bas is celebrated for its ability to combine intensity and refinement. It is a Barbaresco of depth, longevity, and authenticity.
In the glass, Rabajà Bas typically shows a vibrant garnet hue and a layered bouquet of cherries, raspberries, and pomegranate, enriched by notes of dried rose, violet, licorice, and subtle hints of tobacco and earth. The palate is powerful yet precise, structured by firm, fine-grained tannins and lifted by a refreshing vein of acidity that gives the wine both tension and elegance.
