ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
Cascina Luisin’s Rosé is made from Nebbiolo grapes sourced from the Rabajà vineyard and can, in every sense, be considered a Rabajà Rosé, even though such a designation does not officially exist and therefore cannot appear on the label. For this reason, the wine is registered as a table wine.
The wine was produced for the first time in 2024 as an experience by Roberto and a dear friend of his. Originally, it was named 1975 in Roman numerals, after the year both were born; later, however, it was renamed “”Experientia”” (in Latin), as that was its true nature.
Experentia It has a light pink color with luminous reflections. On the nose, it reveals clear aromas of cherry, unripe strawberry, and wild red flowers; on the palate, it impresses with its freshness and sublime elegance, precise and incisive, it represents an exceptionally high-level Rosé.
Best paired with shellfish and crudités.
