The grapes are carefully harvested by hand.
Soil
100% “Terres Blanches” (Kimmeridgian limestone)
Fermentation
Fermentation with neutral yeast naturally present on the grapes, in stainless steel tanks to respect the characteristic of the terroir and allow all its minerality to express itself.
Elevage
Aged in Foudre (very large oak barrels) and also in 300 liters oak barrels during 12- 13 months
