Sotto la chiesa’ comes from a parcel of 25-year old vines known as Bigliana, in transition
to biodynamic viticulture. This is the most elegant of the three wines on offer, balanced
and pretty, with plump stone fruit pushing back against lovely long acidity. There is no
new oak here, just used barrels for 12 months and then another 12 in stainless steel.
