ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
Cuvee Elisa is a tribute to Elisa Amiot, founder of Veuve Amiot in 1884. She was a young widow who took her destiny and created a well-known negoce house of elegant sparkling wines. Elisa Crémant de Loire reflects her personality: strong in character, ambitious and dynamic, with its fine and persistent bubbles and its fruity flavors. Pleasant nose with complex aromas of white fruits, almond and toasted notes. On the palate, it has a long taste, with mineral, pear and apple notes. The complex taste mixes softness and vivacity, making it perfect for an aperitif with starters or as accompaniment to seafood meals.
