An aged version of their classic Centerbe, the Riserva version has been aged in used white wine barrels (American oak) for one year. The regular Centerbe contains the same 20 botanicals as it does, with the inclusion of saffron and lemon leaf that were added after aging. They let the product rest in stainless steel tanks for 5 months after dumping to mature and de-oak. The product was sweetened with cane sugar and had a bit of salt, like everything they make.
