Linfa di Syrah was born from the desire to explore a pure and natural aspect of Syrah. Following two to three years of trials and experiments, a small quantity of grapes were vinified in amphoras made of the best terracotta from Impruneta and other areas of Italy. The nose presents a fruity, floral, and complex aroma, accompanied by further notes of lemon leaves, magnolia, acacia, and plums. The wine also displays an intense citrus impact of mandarin and bergamot.
