ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
This new Mediterranean wine is the result of a thoughtful and innovative approach. It is a natural, rosé wine that has been carefully aged, offering a daring and unconventional, yet highly exciting, drinking experience. After years of producing red wine from the Pedrer vineyard, the winemakers sought to express the unique character of this terroir in a different way. The vineyard is planted with Garnatxa (Grenache) and Monastrell (Mourvèdre), the latter of which is not an authorized grape variety in the Priorat region, making it a rare and intriguing component. While Monastrell can be challenging to incorporate into a traditional red wine, its inclusion in this rosé has been instrumental in balancing the high alcohol levels of the Garnatxa. The result is a rosé that is both balanced and complex, showcasing the distinct personality of the Pedrer vineyard in a captivating and unconventional manner. This wine is a testament to the winemakers' dedication to exploring new frontiers and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the world of Mediterranean viticulture. It is a daring and special offering that invites wine enthusiasts to embark on a unique and rewarding sensory journey.
