ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
Sourced from vineyards over 80 years old in Burgos and aged 27 months in new French oak, the Reserva is serious, complex, and built to reward patience. Ruby red with amethyst edges, it unfurls in the glass with dark fruit, toast, and gentle smoke, an aromatic profile that keeps evolving the longer it's open. The palate is enveloping and structured, wrapped in sweet, silky tannin with a finish that doesn't quit. This is a Reserva for slow dinners: roasted red meat, game, and time to let it breathe.
