| Farming Methods: | We take the seeds from our current agaves who already florar and plant them in our lands, they are growing btw 6-8 years to reach maturity. Harvesters (mezcaleros) chop off the plant’s sword-like leaves using a flat-bladed tool called a coa or a machete to reveal the core, which looks like a giant pineapple and weighs 100 up to 450 kilos. |

ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
In 2020, the CRM (Mezcal Regulatory Council) awarded el Señor Martinez Lopez with the Mezcal Treasure Statement, in recognition of his contributions to the field.
The resulting mezcal is fresh with mineral and herbal notes. It has traces of clean smoke and a creamy texture, then finishes long and fruity profile. Awarded with a Double Gold medal at the 2022, 23. S.F.W.S. , this mezcal is perfect sipped neat out of a copita.
