In order to exhibit his value-driven wines crafted from responsibly cultivated grapes from select Chilean appellations, Pablo Morandé founded Casa Julia Estate. This Sauvignon Blanc was grown in Chile's Central Valley, which has a climate not unlike that of Sonoma County. This has been fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel, and it has fresh, clean layers of citrus zest, peachy undertones, and a hint of green herbs.
