Sentium is a dream realized by the fourth generation of the Mondavi winegrowing family, born from three generations of experience crafting Fumé Blanc into a Sauvignon Blanc that can stand among the great wines of the world. The wine draws on Mendocino County's Redwood Valley and Potter Valley, sourced from small, family owned vineyards planted in the 1940s and 60s and farmed organically, where old vines and diverse soils align with a vision inspired by the great whites of the Loire. Winegrower Chiara Mondavi leads the project in both winemaking and artistic vision, working with close attention to protect and express the soul of these historic sites.
