"Tempête" translate to storm. This estate cuvee comes from a single parcel of 2 hectares co-planted with Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Crushed berries such as blackberries, redcurrants, and strawberries create a lovely aroma. On the nose, you can smell the fruit bursting, along with a hint of soil and undergrowth. A soft and subtle entry on the palate with a nice harmony between the acidity and tannins. Full-bodied, with a smooth, black-fruit-inspired flavor and a slightly sweet aftertaste. It's nice and long, and you can drink it forever.
