ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
Francesc Grimalt wanted to make a wine that smelled "like his childhood", so he crafted this wine with natural yeasts he found from the now-defunct cooperative winery in Felanitx, 'Es Sindicat', which was once a powerhouse producer in Mallorca. It's a light, bright, refreshing wine with fresh cranberry, redcurrant, and raspberry flavors and a lifted, herbaceous character.
