Christophe's culinary background in esteemed establishments like Tour d’Argent and Marco Pierre White paved the way for his venture into brewing.

Established in 2013, this brewery stands out for its exceptional beers crafted with pristine alpine water from Voirons, akin to Evian's source. Embracing organic practices certified by Nature et Progrès, the brewery's beers are a harmonious fusion of top-quality ingredients and innovative techniques. From aging in wine lees to infusions with citrus, berries, and wildflowers, each beer is a testament to creativity and craftsmanship.

Unpasteurized and unfiltered, these beers evolve gracefully over time, offering a delightful and distinctive drinking experience that captivates with its luminous and nourishing character.

At a glance

· Founded in 2013 by Christophe Grellier. Based in Lucinges, near Geneva in the French Alps, the brewery grew from his passion for gastronomy and natural wine.

· From restaurants to brewing. Christophe worked in renowned kitchens including La Tour d’Argent and Lasserre and owned both a restaurant in Savoie and a natural wine bar in Geneva.

· Wine distribution in Switzerland. Christophe still distribute today legendary producers such as Clos Rougeard, Thierry Allemand, Ganevat, Lassaigne, Yann durieux and many others.

· Exceptional water, organic ingredients. The village’s pure, low-mineral Alpine water inspired the project. They use it without chlorination or correction, alongside organic hops and barley from Germany and Belgium.

· Seasonal brewing, patient aging. Spontaneous fermentations only and barrel aging of six to sixteen months define the approach, with cuvées incorporating seasonal plants, fruits and lees from wines made without added sulfites.
