Domaine Arnoux Pere & Fils
Domaine Arnoux is a family-owned winery located in the heart of the Côte de Nuits region in Burgundy, France. With a history that spans over several generations, the estate was first planted by the Arnoux family in the early 20th century. Today, Pascal Arnoux represents the fourth generation of winemakers in the family and is passionate about producing exceptional Pinot Noir wines that are true expressions of the terroir of the Côte de Nuits. Pascal's commitment to the land and vines is reflected in the Domaine Arnoux estate, which comprises 20 hectares of vineyards in the villages of Beaune, Chorey, Savigny, Pernand-Vergelesse, Aloxe-Corton and Corton Grand Cru, producing approximately 8,000 cases a year. In the winery, Pascal favors freshness over big structure, with subtle influences from oak. Each fall, winter, and spring, the soil is tilled multiple times for aeration, and the base of each vine is hoed by hand to remove superficial roots.
