ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
Made almost entirely from Tempranillo grown on century-old vines yielding barely 3,000 kg per hectare, the Gran Reserva 2020 spent an extraordinary 49 months in barrel before release. Ruby red and medium-bodied, it carries layers of stewed fruit, licorice, tobacco, and balsamic depth built up over its long aging. On the palate, unexpected freshness and acidity balance out its rich, fleshy texture, a wine that tastes like time itself. Reserve it for special occasions: roasted or braised red meat, game, and cheeses cured or bold enough to meet it halfway.
