Mollar grapes were some of the first brought to the New World in the 16th century. Being a very uncommon red grape, it was deserving to be the backbone in this spirit. Distilling into a full-bodied single-varietal pisco it has a rich mouthfeel and a long finish. Mollar varietal is the genetic parent of the Peruvian Quebranta grape, with each sip you'll be enjoying a bit of vine history! Only 1066 bottles were made.
