ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
From the older vines on Mas Theo’s farm, which also features lavender fields, Cuvee TO is a beautifully balanced blend of equal parts Syrah and Grenache. The palate reveals red and black fruits that transition into classic Rhône spice and garrigue notes, complemented by hints of sage, peppermint, and thyme, all wrapped in elegant tannins. Cuvee TO harmoniously expresses the character of both Syrah and Grenache, showcasing a long mouthfeel with a delightful balance of raspberry, blueberry, grapefruit, and herbal notes of sage, peppermint, and thyme. This cuvee offers a surprising interpretation of the Rhône, characterized by its very elegant texture.
