ABOUT THIS BOTTLE
ZD Wines, founded in 1969, is a family-owned and operated winery in Napa Valley. The deLeuze family has been at the helm of ZD Wines for over 50 years, with the second and third generations now carrying on the family legacy. The winery's journey began with Norman and Rosa Lee deLeuze, who established the foundation for producing world-class wines. Their commitment to quality has been passed down through the generations, with each family member playing a crucial role in the winery's development.
The Chardonnay presents a beautiful golden hue that captivates the eye. Its aroma profile is an enticing blend of crème brûlée, green apple, and Meyer lemon zest, complemented by tropical fruits such as ripe pineapple and mango. On the palate, this wine delivers rich flavors of guava, lime zest, and caramelized banana foster, creating a delightful tasting experience. The finish is vibrant and long-lasting, showcasing great acidity along with notes of vanillin.
